My upbringing always embraced the spiritual space. Having a childhood in a Christian household, I was told that I possessed a God-given gift to see the other realm. Since I was 5, I was taught to draw out my nightmares and burn it, rebuking it back to hell. I saw angels, demons, God and the Devil. Now, having a new mindset of an atheist, art is an escape, free from constrictions, a personal therapy of things I don’t understand.
